These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the purchase of products offered through the online store operated by Simona Vojtěšková ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website offers original artworks and related products. All products are sold directly by the artist.

2. Products

All artworks offered are original pieces unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the handmade and artistic nature of the products, slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur and are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. Colors may vary depending on screen settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include taxes where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the product.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure all delivery information is accurate.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs procedures, or force majeure.

5. Returns & Refunds

CUSTOM PRINTS (MADE TO ORDER)

All prints are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply and prints cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

If your print or its frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact page. You will be asked to provide:

a description of the damage

photographic documentation of the artwork

photographs of the packaging

If the damage qualifies for a replacement, we will provide a shipping label and arrange the return of the item in its original packaging.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

If your original artwork or its frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the contact page. We will request:

photographs of the damage

photographs of the packaging

If the claim is approved, an appropriate solution will be offered, which may include a replacement (where possible) or a refund. Return shipping will be arranged using the original box or tube.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including artworks, images, texts, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Simona Vojtěšková unless stated otherwise.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, to the extent permitted by law.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
